The Rothfuss promises a blend of comfort and alpine charm, but my recent stay didn't quite deliver the luxury I anticipated. The indoor swimming pool is impressive-certainly a draw for relaxation after a day on the slopes. The experience was marred by misleading room classifications. I booked what I thought was a Junior Suite, but it resembled a youth hostel with a pint-sized washbasin. The dining options were limited, and I found the quality didn't match the expected gourmet experience, particularly for a luxury hotel. While nearby 3-star hotels offered free Wi-Fi, a frustrating oversight here suggests a lack of value relative to the cost. The staff were friendly and there's potential for some excellent wellness treatments at the spa. If you're eyeing a stay, be cautious about room category expectations to ensure a more satisfactory experience for your investment.
